Leveraging partnerships to build a strong economy and improve the lives of all Floridians

Florida Regional Council Association Policy Board Leadership

FRCA is an alliance of Florida’s Regional Planning Councils and serves to increase collaboration and enhance regional prosperity throughout the state.

FRCA is governed by our Policy Board that focuses on issues affecting Florida’s Regional Planning Councils and opportunities to increase collaboration. The Policy Board consists of three members appointee by their Regional Planning Council's Board of Governors, two elected officials and one gubernatorial, which  ensures a balance between local and state perspectives.

Florida's Regional Planning Councils are vital organizations that drive progress at local, regional, and statewide levels.

Through collaboration, innovation, and a focus on key areas like economic development, transportation, emergency preparedness, and resilience, they are working to address the needs of Florida's communities and to ensure sustainable growth and prosperity for the future.
